Umm.
Can you share why? That’s around £1500 to each account each month.

RBS and Natwest require £1250 each, Chase £1500 for the occasional cashback I get, Club Lloyds £2000 for free Disney (I have now moved my pay to iFast so i will do a little top up), TSB and CO-OP switches require £1000 pay in each. I don’t want to be running them manually. This standing order was previously £315 for just Chase, Natwest and RBS. Chase has the added advantage of having all my payees so it gets some more money in due to that. All my other accounts have just a few of my accounts like two.
I just recently edited it to fit in the rest.
No wonder you’re tired!
The returns it makes are far more than any bank will give you in interest. ![]()

Chase Protect is live in the app, if anyone is interested in bundle insurances. Chase offer: Travel Insurance, Mobile Insurance & Breakdown Cover - £12.50 per month.
Obviously check T&Cs first…..
It’s a phased rollout, I don’t have it yet.
It appeared for me this morning.
Apparently it’s ~2mil customers a time. How many do they have ![]()
Prob just 2 clicks then ![]()
If anyone is looking at using Chase investing, you may want to deposit with another mainstream bank as these can be verified for withdrawals and direct debits immediately.
Chase current accounts require manual verification for now and it looks like they’re bogged down with all the withdrawals after the latest Avios offer.
Just received my “you’ve been naughty’ email about switches. Was expecting it to be fair.
You used up your quota mate.
I just hope they don’t send mine before the CO-OP one is confirmed. CO-OP had silly long switch dates. Imagine opening an account on the 28/01 with first available switch date as 23/02. ![]()

The CoOp are really bad with the time taken for the incentives. Reckon on a month after you’re expecting, and you’ll not be far off.
After 2 weeks on Chase, gotta agree with @Carlo1460 that the app is
. The JP Morgan eco system has good potentials but the app is still a long way to go. Navigation is convoluting despite the seemingly clean-looking first impression.
There’s been 3 maintenance disruptions for the past 2 weeks, luckily doesn’t affect much.
To top it off, I can’t add my own Monzo to payee list. Is this expected behaviour of Chase for blocking paying out to your own accounts? If so, cycling £1500 to chase the 1% cashback would be TMFW. ![]()
I’ve got my Monzo added to Chase, and have added many new accounts over the years, never seen that payee error before.
I’ve also never had a blocked payment out (or in) before, although sometimes it does stay pending (even up to 2 hours), especially if I’m paying a brand new account I’ve just opened somewhere else.
The Chase app is okay in my opinion, but it does have a few bugs that need ironing out. The most annoying for me is on iOS when opening the app sometimes it takes 10-15 seconds for Face ID to scan, and if you put the code in before that and it lets you into the app, it still does the Face ID scan. I’ve also noticed a new bug in the recent updates where if you change to the savings tab too quickly after opening the app, it stays there and you cannot go back to the spending tab, force close is needed.
I’ve only just managed to add to payee list successfully by doing this. The app doesn’t give much confidence if it stays this buggy tbh.
Few weeks now.
Yeah I should’ve just scrolled up as I noticed it was talked about after I had posted this ![]()
