I havenât been impressed for a while. I closed it as I am not using it or intend to again.
I donât like to have dormant / unused accounts. It may get better, and I am ok with that, but not for me at this moment in time.
I have to say I really really wish they would add notification count numbers on their icon.
I get a huge swath of notifications and itâs easy to miss ones but the count on the icon means I donât miss the fact something has happened.
I had 2 refunds come which I would swear didnât have notifications for that I was chasing as I thought it had not arrived.
Some hate the notification count on icons on iOS but you can easily turn if off but itâs a pain not having the option, even RBS attempts it.
I echo this, also sometimes refunds just appear on my list and I didnât even know it came in.
Been that way since way back when.
I think they shut everything down to reconcile and allow automated payments to be processed. I donât think itâs a backend update, itâs just how their system works.
As a night shift worker I can confirm this happens all the time.
I have found when the last Friday is the last working day of the month it can be a little later to come back online.

So weird when these companies just ignore joint accounts.
To be fair, itâs still a brand new bank. It doesnât offer a lot of products.

Are Joint Accounts definitely coming to Chase or just speculation? Iâve avoided them so far as just been watching their early days performance but cashback on JA spending would be very appealing.
I donât understand need for JA. In what scenarios do people use them?
We split all the house bills and cat stuff down the middle so easier to throw our share in and leave it, the rest is ours
