Categories Not Showing Transactions

Issue:
Since the app’s last update I can no longer see transactions in my trends spending tab for categories that are set to “Excluded from Summary”. This is quite frustrating as I use this feature regularly.

I’ve tried changing the “Exclude from Summary” setting for different categories but it has not fixed the problem.

Details to reproduce:
Add categories that are Excluded from Summary to transactions. Then try and view a list of all transactions under that category within the Trends Spending tab.

OS: iOS 18.5
Device: iPhone 13 Pro Max
App Version: 6.29.0

If I understand correctly:

  • Don’t select ‘Exclude from Summary’ on any transaction (if you have, go back & deselect it)
  • From Home, tap on: ‘Trends’ → ‘Target’ → ‘More’ → ‘Edit target’ → ‘Categories: Edit’ → 'deselect any categories that you want to be reported. Tap on ‘Done’, then ‘Confirm’

Hi @davidwalton, I’m afraid that hasn’t worked. Also, I want to see the total for a specific category but it says “no transaction” even though I know there are plenty. Even if I change the category to be included in summary or not, I can no longer see my category total.
