I’ve only been a couple of times. The ones I tried (Richmond and Hackney) were a bit 
. Could just have been bad luck/timing I guess.
To be fair I’ve only been to the King’s Cross one.

Every time I’ve been it’s been okay. Not bad by any stretch but I would be hard pressed to really put my finger on why it’s raved about so much. Pizza Express isn’t much different to it.
They did do sourdough a lot earlier than others which is why my friends seem to go there more.

It would be handy if the Activity feed entries in the Cashback section showed which transaction they related to in some way. Because the dates are so far away from the actual transaction it can be tricky to know which one is which transaction.
It’d be a nice to have, not an essential, it just feels a bit weird that you can’t actually see what transaction the cashback relates to without hunting it down (and if it’s from a pot, that’s even harder, as the little green X% cashback indicator doesn’t show under the amount in the feed for a pot, and you can’t search pot transactions either, so it takes ages to go through them all if trying to figure out when a missing cashback transaction was made.

I’ve had no issues with missing cashback report process until recently but at the moment I’ve somehow had some Trainline cashback that I reported missing sit for 17 days, not sure what the timeline has changed too…. These used to be revolved in a few days tops. Still hasn’t been resolved too!
