All my money went from my personal account to a virtual card account. I can’t use my monzo physical card since. There’s no option to transfer back all my money from the virtual card to my personal account. I am afraid that if i delete the vitual card first, I’ll loose all my money? 
The virtual cards cards are connected to pots aren’t they? The money isn’t “on” the card, the card is linked to a pot. Why can you not transfer it out of a pot?
You don’t transfer money to virtual cards and deleting virtual cards does nothing to the money in your account. It simply removes the card and stops charges being made against it.

I didn’t create neither transfered all my money to a virtual card. I saw a virtual card was created out of nothing and after a few weeks all my money magically moved to that virtual card (from my personal account card).
I didn’t waant to delete the virtual card because I read someone saying that before deleting a virtual card we should transfer the money left…
That last part is not 100% accurate - some types of subscription payment can still be taken from a deleted virtual card.
I think you might be confusing a virtual card with a pot.
Either way, if you also delete a pot your money will return to your main account

I’m pretty certain they cant. This is one of the main use cases they were created for.

It sounds like you created it accidentally as it wouldn’t have created itself or moved the money by itself. As the money was in a pot, you would have been able to transfer it from the post back to your account.

Interesting! But also naughty!
Does attaching this card to a pot with a 0 or very low balance mitigate this risk? Or does it just pull money from the main account to cover the payment.
Card payments can only take money from the pot assigned.
