Issue:
Excluded category appearing in “target” only in a previous month.
In the screenshots below I show how the category “to Evita” is excluded from the target budget. It shows indeed as excluded in sept, Oct, Nov but it still appears as part of the budget in August
Details to reproduce:
1- Create a category (Monzo Max)
2- exclude newly created category from budget
3- category is excluded from current month but not from a previous month (August 24)
