'Best' Smart TV stick for 'communal room'

Hey,
Just looking for a bit of advice. I live in a house share. We’ve got a TV in the communal lounge.

Does anyone know if any ‘smart TV’ sticks (Google Chromecast, Amazon Fire sticks etc.) can be setup without linking to a specific account (ie - can I setup one of these without linking it to my Amazon account so that no-one accidentally buys films using it?)

Sounds like a Chromecast would be best. Then everyone can just directly cast their own content from their phones.

The Chromecast itself is linked to an account but you don’t need to sign in to any services.
