I donā€™t think that Iā€™ve ever had any cash back offers on my Barclaycard in all the years that Iā€™ve had it. Just 0% balance transfer offers.

You have to sign up for them in the app. You wonā€™t get any otherwise.

Ah, OK - probably why thereā€™s nothing in the Barclaycard app about signing up for offers. The website says that credit card offers will be sent to you ā€œperiodicallyā€. I get loads of the balance transfer ones but I never carry a balance on credit cards.

Does seem faster but flashes between a few screens with slightly different loaders so itā€™s not very smooth

Had my first truly frustrating app-fail with Barclays.

I have a cash savings account where I occasionally squirrel something away for a nephew. Wanted to transfer to my Barclays current account to then move it somewhere more exciting.

Something youā€™d expect to be simple.

SF001 technical error.

Chat clueless. Had to complete via online banking.

Use the chat service who may also ask you to call the account services team

Via the website you can go to apply a bank account and the option to upgrade or similar should be there.

Iā€™ve switched out a few Barclays accounts and they always disappear completely from the app etc, but for some reason this one account from years ago appears on everything - if I view my direct debits etc itā€™s there, apply for something new itā€™s there.

Is anyone else seeing old switched out accounts when they view their direct debits for example?
