Deciding that is on my list of things to do… I’ve got both that and the Travel Pack. Up until a few months ago, I was still getting staff discount, despite not working for them since 2010, so paying full price at the current prices is still a shock!
With regards to the Tech Pack, I currently have four iPhones, three iPads, three Apple Watches, two sets of AirPods and two iPod touches all insured. I don’t see where I’d be able to insure all those for £17.50 a month.
The Travel Pack might be getting the chop though. It’s mainly for the breakdown cover, which insures me in any vehicle I’m travelling in. Plus the travel insurance which saves me having to arrange it separately for my holiday in a few weeks.

Prob just gonna switch it to my Lloyds Premier, hasn’t got anything important. Trying to condense everything down to that and my Monzo Max (which I definitely didn’t get just because I love the card…)
Lloyds Premier makes Barclays look competent in comparison.
Not even being able to add a card to Apple Pay in 2025 then trying to convince the customer they don’t ’meet the requirements’.
Which has been proven wrong today because it would be account level not device level

My Barclaycard DD comes from a Monzo account. Does it depend on the card type?
No; it depends how it’s set up.
Website will accept the details; the app will not.
Over the phone they can set up any too.
Is this a joint or personal account? Original 04-00-04 sort code?
It’s always worked for me.
Not sure if it’s changed but if you open a Barclays current account and provide First Direct statements they won’t accept them as they view FD as an Internet bank.

I actually quite like the ability to refine your spending within the Barclays app. You can also change categories and exclude transactions.
I may drop by a branch tomorrow and see if they can move my basic to a bank account, my complaint still hasn’t been responded to.
How easy is it to exclude transactions?
Ugh I just hate their app. I tire of the spinning wheel, however brief it is, just for moving down a page.
