[Android] Creating scheduled payments on pots

I use the scheduled payment and withdrawal feature to keep track of my bills so monzo takes care of it for me, when trying to set a new one up today I found that the app would crash quite regularly after the process was finished? Pots in general seem to be a bit buggy at the minute aswell, I’ve had my app crash a few times when making either a new pot or trying to withdraw money from it.

Could you provide more info about your phone, OS and app please? Things like:

  • Phone make and model

  • Android version (Should be in your phone settings)

  • Monzo app version (Account page, Profile)

Have you tried deleting and then reinstalling the app? This tends to sort most issues that are strange and specific like this :slight_smile:

Same for me:

  • Phone: Umidigi Plus E
  • Android 6.0.1
  • Monzo app 2.36.1

What I do:

  • when I add the 2nd scheduled payment to a pot, it crashes. When the app relaunches, I can see the 2nd payment to pot is setup.
  • when I delete the 2nd scheduled payment to a pot, it crashes. When the app relaunches, I can see the 2nd payment to pot is removed.
