Thought i’d share the progress on loan customisation - hope you like my loan name :joy:

EDIT: this is my testing account, that I develop on each day, and is completely fake  (I wish it was real :joy:)

Nice to be told our personal info was being sold to the US…

I wish it was possible to remove data from some of these companies

Cool name - even better they let you keep the money after the loan is paid off - how NICE of them! :stuck_out_tongue:

Unless you had 30K anyway - or that’s a mock up - either way made me laugh

:joy: I wish my personal account had the balance and eligibility my testing account does, sadly this is all fake data :sob:

… Gets £15,000 loan.

… Celebrates with a Big Mac a week later.

And also, if paying back a £15k loan and taking one out again in the same day doesn’t scream fraud I don’t know what does. Hope someone looks into this!! (edit /s just in case)

Looks like support might have messaged him about it already :eyes:

It would be useful if you could change the repayment date more than once.

I’m trying to get mine changed and it’s proving very painful via in app support. I wish I knew the reason why you can’t as many other loan providers let you change it more than once without needing to go to support.

Which other lenders?

Zopa for a start.

I don’t mind contacting support, which I have, but it is the time it takes for a response and then it has to be referred to a specialist and none of these conversations have any timeframe.

OK great. What are the many others?

I have not had a loan for many years, but it is quite standard to be able to change your repayment date? Not sure why you are pressing in this.

I’m not sure either but the real big bear is the support. The app is one of the best banking apps out there but the support sadly is still a horror story. It jars me every time I have to contact anyone.

If you haven’t got the support, make it so that more can be done in the app.

I’m only asking because I don’t know. I haven’t ever considered changing any repayment date I’ve had as it’s always been set to 1st of the month and I didn’t know it is a ‘thing’, so I thought you’d kindly educate me.

It would be great at the start of the loan to select a repayment date. I changed my date but I think it worked against me. I think it was set to 28th and I moved it to 20th so it was on payday. Didn’t really consider the fact I was on the 25th already so it meant I skipped a month :man_facepalming:t2:

You can, it was in the flow when i took mine out a few weeks ago

Then I can’t think why I wouldn’t have changed it :man_shrugging:t2:

i set mine to the first because my pay dates are all over the place after briefly considering a few days before that

unless it was a very obscure and boring dream
