I use similar approach using Google docs that is only shared with the mentee.
The doc includes:
Date, agenda, previous actions, new actions, and general notes.

I like the idea of having such sessions in a coffeeshop!

Based on your article it sounds like a “People manager” role. At least this is how it’s called in my current company.

Do you have those two roles at Monzo? E.g. people manager and engineering manager?
If yes, what’s is the difference? Do you also have hands on tasks and duty?
