I have been an alpha user since Feb 2016 but somehow I just joined the online community recently. I’m just wondering if there’s still a chance to get the alpha user badge?

I can change my tag in the settings menu on my icon top right - unless I want to change it to investor - which I am
If you go to your user settings under top right picture -> cog icon, you may or may not see a list of titles to choose.
A list of all the badges along with their usability as titles can be found here.

I am also an early adopter, and investor and don’t have access to either badge. Could someone take a look at that for me please?

It looks like you’re a member, rather than a regular & there’s no badge for members

I have an Alpha Card, but not the option to set the Alpha badge. Any idea how to fix this?
I’d PM some proof to @anon38211169, who should be able to add you to the Alphas group.
