Custom payment periods

Currently changing the period of the ‘left to spend’ feature sets a fixed date each month. I would find it handy if instead you could pick a “start period date/payday & end period date/day before next payday”. For example; my usual pay is 28th. But this month I’m getting paid on the 25th. While my pay after that is 28th again. But if I change the date for ‘left to spend’, it’ll set up to the 25th next month which isn’t reflective of this months pay period and doesn’t include later bills. What…

Summary - Feedback thread

Have to say I love Summary, but I really can’t understand why it’s been forced upon everyone while it still isn’t ready. Wasn’t the point of Labs to refine and improve an idea before general release, but as far as I can see very little has changed yet. Custom pay periods and direct debits in Committed Spending are basic functionality for Summary to even work properly, yet it’s been released without them. Add custom dates to trends ie Every four weeks

I’m not sure if I’ve put this in the right category but I get paid every four weeks so it would be good if I could set a custom date for the trends page rather than having to reset it manually. I know I can set this custom parameter for budgets so seems odd it’s not available for trends The reason I say this is because I get paid every four weeks

Four weekly scheduled payments

I think these were promised as part of The Big List, but I can still only set up recurring payments for day, week, month and year. Unless I’m missing something, this fell off the Big List rather than being ticked off it! Are there current plans to bring them in? It must exist in the backend, because people can CASS in standing orders with 4 weekly frequencies without it breaking…

Able to switch from month to four week view

As some people get paid four weekly there should be an option to have the “monthly” reports as four weeks

Summary period from last < weekday > of month (eg: last Friday of the month)

Just replying to say I really want this feature too. Another handy feature would be just starting a new period each time x amount is deposited into the bank account. So if I know my pay each month is £2210.44, I can just set that as my pay and each time that amount is deposited a new period is started. Either or, I don’t really mind.
