Hey Jack :wave: We already support Tescoā€™s credit cards, youā€™ll just need to head to Monzo Labs and enable the ā€œTest Other accounts, in Monzoā€ toggle. Then you should be able to connect your Tesco Bank credit card or other accounts :+1:

Cheers @_lewis for the updates. Iā€™m not surprised about the persistent issues on Virginā€™s end ā€“ The quality of their systems (apps, website and integrations) are awfulā€¦ suppose thatā€™s what happens when three separate banks all merge IT systems together. What fun it will be when Nationwide join the party!

I have all my credit cards on Monzo plus appā€¦all except my Virgin card. I can see Virgin bank accounts can be viewed and was wondering why not credit card as yet? Any plans

The one I linked to has the reply from Lewis stating that itā€™s in testing with Virgin.

I know that Virgin is due to merge with Nationwide but not sure when, so expect that could delay things some moreā€¦or not!

Hey :wave: Sorry for the lack of updates, didnā€™t realise it has been so long.

Virgin are going through the final governance and planning pieces for their change. Are are looking to roll it out as soon as possible. We should get some dates later this week. Weā€™ll then test it and hopefully be able to continue with the integration.

Bank change turnaround can be anything from same day to quarterly, the fact thereā€™s been no update on inter-bank in 2 weeks isnā€™t too surprising :slight_smile:

Hi :wave: Yep Virgin Money released their fix last week. Weā€™ve tested it and are very pleased to say that the issue is fixed :raised_hands:

Some staff have already fully connected their accounts and everything looks to be working fine. We need to make some improvements to our transaction parser for Virgin.

After weā€™ve done that weā€™ll be able to move them into labs for all of you to play around with :+1:

Sorry for the delayed reply, this week weā€™ve needed to focus on other projects which meant this took a back seat. Iā€™m hoping to spend more time on this next week, as I know youā€™ve all been waiting to long for this. Hopefully I can share a more exciting update next week :crossed_fingers:

Iā€™ve only just signed up to a Virgin Atlantic Credit Card, and the app is f****** awful. Itā€™s slow, buggy, transactions sometimes fail to load, so the Monzo integration canā€™t come soon enough!
