Add Bill to Shared Tab Fails when Split Bill exists

**Issue: Adding a bill to a shared tab fails without error when it already exists as a ‘split the bill’. When bulk adding bills, the whole batch fails without error and you have to add one-by-one to figure out the problem **

**Details to reproduce:

  1. Create a split the bill
  2. Add the same bill to a Shared Tab (single or bulk)**

OS: IOS 16.0
Device: iPhone 12 Pro
App Version: 4.51.1 #860
