Since investing in Monzo shares last year I haven’t heard anything by the way of accessing the shares or any type of confirmation. Is there a way to do this?

Did you not get an email from Crowdcube? That’s where they are held.
You can download your certificate from the Crowdcube site. It shows your name, address and number of shares.
Monzo also sent an email back in December, confirming the purchase.
