When direct debits and standing orders arrive will they go on actual dates (even if it falls on a none standard day like Sunday)
Also will we get notifications like debit card transactions and will these all go at the same time? Eg Monday 1am 10 dd’s and so’s leave the account OR would you have 10 come out individually at different times of the day?
If they go together what time will this happen?
I expect direct debits will have to go on a weekday, as the originator wouldn’t request a none weekday(they can probably only request bank working days from BACS calendar)
No reason why standing orders shouldn’t go on a none weekday, as most will go faster payments which is 24/7 (standing orders are sent this way, but not requested this way)
