As far as I can tell, HungryHouse is owned by German firm DeliveryHero.
Just Eat is U.K. based (founded in Denmark) and appears to be an entirely separate business.
Apart from being on BBC News it is also on the Government website

Wow, it surprises me that the CMA cleared that one! 
Any clues about when it will officially go through? Can’t see anything about it happening, just being approved.
