I have pots for bills, eating out, etc
It would be great if there were a button to withdraw the exact amount I paid for a meal out of a pot on the transactions’ detail page, instead of having to make a manual transfer.
I understand this is what virtual cards are for, but for all the times I forget, or my partner is paying – this would be a handy addition.
This only works for regular places, whereas if we’re eating out it’s generally some kind of random coffee shop or pub.
That was just one example from my own Applets - there are pre-made applets that use a transaction category to move the money e.g. Redeem Eating Out spending from a pot - IFTTT
Yeh that would be a good solution, but don’t think IFTTT works with joint accounts.
Ah right I wasn’t aware of that, sorry. It would be nice if Monzo were move a lot the IFTTT functionality into their own app rather than relying on a third party service…
