During sign up monzo make you say a statement to verify your identity. Is this used during calls to verify that the user is the correct caller?
As far as I’m aware, no. They only use it to verify it’s a video and more specifically to verify it’s not a generic video you could find off of the internet/social media to prevent imitation of somebody.
