I agree, but I also get the same vibe from Monzo’s app at times.
I just can’t deal with Monzo’s app. Too many things in too many places.
yea I feel the same, kinda stopped enjoying using it after the update that got rid of the carousel.

People say that about revolut but I disagree. I only use the Home Screen mostly with the analytics widget.
They use pigeons I think! I mean I’m not in a rush or anything but still, cards usually come in a day or two
I seem to remember going into a VM branch with you, to close that account and it was irritatingly painful.
I tried Slyce when it was first available and found it awful. You can’t split individual purchases over a number of months, just your monthly bill. The app was rubbish, too - really slow and kept logging me out. Sometimes it would behave like I’d only just installed it and would have to go through the complete setup again.
Urgh well I hope that’s fixed by now. I somewhat doubt it though

I’ve been bugging Monese to close it for about a month, no joy.
I’ll close FD once my overdraft is gone 19/09/24.

I have three credit cards, of which I’m closing one. Then use one and keep the other dormant.
These are paid off in full each month via DD.

Accounts closed, went into a branch. Service in branch was rubbish too.
I do wonder if the account closure flow worked or not… usually you would have to speak to a human, they allowed a bot to take charge
