Hmm not sure if anybody else has found this but the changes made when implementing Trends have really screwed with my spreadsheet.
Beforehand my salary went into a custom category called ‘Salary’ - these have all been moved by Monzo into the ‘Income’ category.
I also had all my bank transfers categorised… For example I could calculate the balance in my Marcus account by summing all the transactions in and out of my Marcus category. Now some, but not all of these transactions have been moved by Monzo to the transfers category which has screwed my spreadsheet into thinking that I have 10k more in savings than I actually do.
This is really frustrating and now I’m going to have spend a long time fixing everything…
I appreciate Monzo are trying to make our lives easier when they implement trends, but stop touching things without telling us or at least give us the option to opt out!!!
