Issue:
If you make a scheduled withdrawal from an easy access savings pot, the scheduled withdrawal is shown (in the prior days) as an upcoming payment, but so is the transaction a few days later when the amount is expected to materially be transferred. Therefore there are 2 copies of the same transaction. Additionally, the value for the total upcoming payments sums both values, which is incorrect.
Details to reproduce:
Open Easy Access Savings Pot
Deposit money into Easy Access Savings Pot
Schedule a withdrawal for any amount from the Easy Access Savings pot for a later date
Wait until the day before the scheduled date to see 2 transactions appear in “upcoming payments”
OS:
iOS 17.2.1 Device:
iPhone 13 Pro Max App Version:
5.54.1 #5540151
I have the same issue, it’s because it takes one working day to withdraw. So on the day the automation goes to pull the money from the pot. It then reappears and shows double as it has to take another day.
Yes, it makes sense in logic, but this is definitely a UI/UX problem, especially where the upcoming payments summary quotes a higher amount. Hoping this gets fixed soon to put an end to the confusion for us all!

I’ve got.a scheduled payment from a savings pot tomorrow which is showing on the new app screen as coming in to my personal account tomorrow. Which is obviously incorrect as it won’t arrive until Monday. Probably part of the same issue?
And on the day of withdrawal (Friday) it started showing as a duplicate deposit until Saturday when the wrong one disappeared so it’s now correct. I’d reported this before and it was acknowledged by someone from Monzo who said they’d pass it on to the App Evolution team. Guess it’s been lost.
Scheduled withdrawals from an easy access savings account create a double entry glitch in the upcoming payments display, showing both the withdrawal and its subsequent transfer. This results in an inaccurate total upcoming payments value, as it incorrectly sums both entries
