Never been able to choose a plan this time of month think it’s due to direct debit payments being processed normally later today or tomorrow will be able to select a plan again
I’m now able to plan items now my direct debit payment has been processed
Yes same. And support confirmed the same.
It makes sense as payment failed would trigger all sorts of things on the account to fix.
New logo.
Yeah, that will sort all their problems
Such a creative logo, must of taken all of 2 minutes to come up with.
Was browsing companies house and noticed that Frasers group has a deed charge on tymit. It looks like the 26m raise came with strings attached. Also noticed lots of tymit card help docs mention the Fraser’s card. Has it actually launched yet?
Not sure what to think of this. Is tymit growing and needs more brand recognition to boost its market share. Or did they run out of money and Frasers group swooped in to par their own total revenue numbers for cheap?
Outgoing email has been disabled for non-staff users.
It has been in such read-only state for me for a long time. Somehow my logins bounced and cannot reset password or login again as that has been disabled. I wonder if they don’t have time to moderate it or like got hacked and can’t be bothered with it anymore.
Had this as well
Another reason not to use them
I kinda like that design.
Thats actually a really nice card. Shame that’s the only thing good about them from what I’ve read.
I’d sooner give myself a thousand, thousand paper cuts and then dive into a vat of vinegar, than get a Tymit card again.
Many here know that I love Tymit and have never experienced any of the rare issues others seem to.
However…
I’ve just filed a rare support ticket, I got an automated response telling me they aim to be back in touch within 5 working days, the fact it’s gone from 24 hours to 5 days is ridiculous.
It’s a bit lower than the Amex Preferred Rewards Gold card at 73.3% APR variable
It’s only 29.4% according to this.
These crazy high “representative APR” figures often include the annual fee for the card (and therefore making some assumptions about how much you’re borrowing - £1,200 seems to be a commonly cited figure but I couldn’t find the answer with a quick google).
