Transaction tracking on cashback/loyalty schemes. Does it work?

On the likes of Avios, British Airways, Quidco you can register cards for in-store cashback.

Both my prepaid and current account are linked to my Avios account as well as my Amex (they aren’t linked to any other scheme as I know that can cause issues).

Transactions using the prepaid card track most of the time. The current account never tracks. Amex tracks every time. Is this a known issue with Monzo, or is it just happening to me?
