Been with Monzo for 3 or 4 months now and had nothing but a good experience.
The app is great, staff are friendly and the forum is useful

So much easier to save and manage my money, and 3D secure works perfectly online ( I would like to see fingerprint authentication for all transactions, not just 3D secure however )

You can enable fingerprint auth in settings
