Quite - and I understand.
To be fair, it is a nice, perhaps, dare I say it - a high-end little black blob.
For some reason (a throwback to dial up days, maybe) my emails are text only, not html. I canāt think why it might make a difference, though.
There is a setting in your amazon account to choose if your emails come plaintext or html.
But why would that change content? Something else is going on IMO. I donāt get any details by email. Just the order value

Arenāt you an ex-Monzo account holder, or at least have gone over to Starling? Perhaps people find your constant negativity towards Monzo irritating, especially on a Monzo forum. If you were on the Starling forum (had it remained) Iām sure you would not find such a reaction.
Perhaps the focus (in this topic at least) should be on talking about what Starling does well, and not what Monzo does badly.
