For some reason (a throwback to dial up days, maybe) my emails are text only, not html. I canā€™t think why it might make a difference, though.

There is a setting in your amazon account to choose if your emails come plaintext or html.

But why would that change content? Something else is going on IMO. I donā€™t get any details by email. Just the order value

I never get details of what has been ordered (or dispatched) in mine.

Arenā€™t you an ex-Monzo account holder, or at least have gone over to Starling? Perhaps people find your constant negativity towards Monzo irritating, especially on a Monzo forum. If you were on the Starling forum (had it remained) Iā€™m sure you would not find such a reaction.

Perhaps the focus (in this topic at least) should be on talking about what Starling does well, and not what Monzo does badly.
