Newbie Here. I live in Guernsey, and I know there are Guernsey residents with Monzo accounts but I cant seem to get anywhere with putting in my Guernsey post code. So, either I am doing something wrong or they have put in a false address and had their card forwarded. Help much appreciated, thank you

Monzo accounts aren’t available to Guernsey residents, I seem to remember that if you had one from when they allowed you can keep it, but I’m not sure if that’s correct.

Otherwise they are probably doing as you suspect.

Download the Monzo app from your App Store and follow the signup process. :rocket:

Monzo don’t offer a credit card, only current account, which as a customer you can apply for a overdraft, loan, or Monzo Flex from within the app - eligibility criteria applies.

Unless you mean the Monzo Plus card in blue?

Hi I’m new to Monzo and just opened a current account. I want to open a business account and tried to follow Monzo’s instructions which were: go to Home, scroll down to ‘do more with Monzo’
 But my Home Screen doesn’t show ‘do more with Monzo’. How do I find that and open a business account? Thank you. :slightly_smiling_face:

Thank you. My home screen looks nothing like yours. I don’t have a pot option or interest or a Do more with Monzo section. Mine has two views: feed and manage. On the Feed view I can see my acct balance and a Welcome to Monzo message. On the manage view I can add money then I have the following sections: overdraw, account details, statements, new card, limits and controls, atm. That’s it. Feels like I’m in the wrong place.

Can you hold the section with transactions and drag down your screen? It should then change the view to show a list of all your pots and connected accounts.

When did you open your Monzo account? Maybe the app appears differently until you get your card. I can’t remember.

To get to the screens on the above screenshot click the top left button it’ll look like a profile bubble.

Then you will find the ‘Do more
’ tabs

That’s not the Home Screen, that’s the account view. The namings are a bit confusing and similar.

Where you are, do you have your card in view at the top? Pull down from the middle of the card and you’ll get the list view

Is Monzo doing anything to enable customers to make international transfers to Ukraine? I can’t see Ukraine in the list of countries currently supported. There just be many customers with friends and family there who need to send money to support them. Can something be done to help with all money going to the victims? Thanks.

I go through all the steps to verify that I am who I say I am. Then at the end I ado the selfie video and the selfie video won’t upload to complete the steps. What am I doing wrong? This is getting very frustrating.
