Scenario:
You buy a high value item on a repayment plan of some sort; a bed, a car, a kitchen etc.
Taking a £1,200 bed as an example…
You might pay a £200 deposit in the store to setup the agreement, then a further 10 months of £100.
It would be fantastic for budgeting and to save time checking between calendars/spreadsheets etc if you could show in Monzo against a transaction which of the total number a transaction was. For example payment 4/10.
That way when you look at your account summary you can see; how much you have paid, when the last payment is and which transaction number the current transaction is.
This would also apply to things like car insurance, loans etc.
