I have had a look at free agent and Xero quick books etc, the only thing I would use from that is the taxes facility I would imagine, as WHMCS auto invoices and enables services once they have been paid for, so far I think Xero is the cheapest as £10 a month, but like I said paying for only about 25-50% of the what I actually need 
My biggest issue and that’s why I am trying to find out and get call back from a tax accounts is the best way to proceed due to the benefits
@Rat_au_van did you manage to loom at WHMCS?
I have managed to speak to the accountants and they have advised that I do not need to take a salary or dividends, but they did say HMRC would potentially ask what I am living off.

Just need to work out monthly potential income to cover costs of the accountants
