Hey Peter! Thatās not good - but we think we might have got to the bottom of this
Would you mind checking again? (If it doesnāt work, try disconnecting and reconnecting as well)

Thanks Harry!
I checked and itās the same error message.
Then I removed the mortgage and readded it and got the same error:
This just landed in my notifications last night. Was pleasantly surprised as I didnāt know this was being worked on.
Before signing up I thought it would be via OB/PSD but via credit file works fine.
Pleasantly surprised itās fairly accurate at predicting when my mortgage ends.
Not read the thread but presumably the next step to monetise will be to suggest or make it easier to find better deals.
One suggestion would be to make a similar to overpayments calculator, a āSee impact of interest ratesā and perhaps (for those who opt in) a prompt whenever BoE make an announcement with an increase/decrease so you can foresee the impact
Just to say my partner discovered this for the first time last night and was expecting to have to provide loads of info in order to retrieve the mortgage details within Monzo. He was blown away at how easy it was! Kudos the team
This was an amazing idea. Its great to see on my home screen
Tried to add my interest rate but looks like only fixed mortgages are supported.
Would be great to be able to add an offset to the base rate.
This is new, right?
Unfortunately I am getting an error when trying to submit on the last screen so canāt see whatās beyond.
Yeah this is new. Looks awesome!
Tried it too and got the same error as you
The reminder option has disappeared now! Clearly not quite ready for releaseā¦
Hello from the west coast (hence the weird hour of replying)!
I know that I can always rely on the Community to spot things early! This should be hitting your app versions that start rolling out a week on Monday and weāre looking forward to you all trying it then (this time error free)
Oh and weāll have also another little surprise in the ~ next two weeks⦠Guesses welcome - wrong answers only
Well it is definitely going to be a monthly lottery where you pay off someoneās mortgage, right?
Someone in your contacts who has Monzo gets your mortgage debt and has to pay it off for you.
We call it āPay from (ex)Palā
Overdrafts on Joint accounts?
Surely the wrongest of wrong answers. What do I win?
Loan countdowns in similar format
You are NOT going to add a ?
Oof! How many people would do this to their best (ex) pal? With my remortgage just going through right now - it would be mighty tempting!
Iāll volunteer as tribute for staff testing
Free Hot Chip plushie with every connected mortgage?
You get to spin a wheel and whatever it lands on is what interest rate you pay on the new deal.
I mean, itās got to be better than the current system right?
