Scheduled payments and standing orders seem to be displayed by category and then in alphabetical order.
This might be a convenient and logical way for a bank to display scheduled payments to customers but it’s not a very friendly or useful way for customers to view their scheduled payments.
As a customer I would like to see a list of all my scheduled payments (or whatever kind) displayed in chronological order of next payment so that it is easy to see the order that these payments will be made in, along with the amount of each payment. It may be useful to also see the type of payment (e.g. standing order or direct debit) or maybe to filter by this, but by far the most important feature is to display ALL scheduled payments in chronological order.
