Ah I see. Yes that must be what they’re getting at. Odd though.

App and online banking down.

Right?

Starling has a single product, therefore no means comparable.

They have hardly touched it in 10 years so no wonder it’s stable af :joy:

I agree, the two still aren’t comparable as RBS has multiple products and one could simply impact the whole lot.

Starling has one product.

Can anyone see if the NatWest app is also down.

It is for Ulster.

Down for me aswell, some poor team of engineers probably messed up maintenance overnight and have been up trying to fix it since

Anyone seeing new card designs in wallets yet? I “lost” My RBS CC and it has a new number, it’s showing the new number in Apple Pay but still the old grey design, not the purple. Very strange they haven’t updated it yet.

I “Damaged” both of my RBS Credit Cards months ago and Google Wallet still hasn’t been updated to the new designs. Card number is the same but old ones were granny sheen silver and new designs are purple.

Yeah I still have the granny sheen silver too. Bizarre, the purple ones have been out for some time now.

Maybe need to remove and re-add

Removed and re-added both and they are both the same design in Google Wallet as DMc1 shows above even though with the physical cards one has purple lines and the other has yellow :person_shrugging:

Isn’t the travel CC grey line and Visa?

Sounds great :sunglasses:

I’m always confused which card people have when they refer to the “travel card” as there isn’t a product with that name.

There’s the “NatWest Credit Card” and “Royal Bank Credit Card”, they have the yellow stripe and have 0% FX fees so would be good for traveling, but not called that.

The only credit card with “travel” in its name is the NatWest Travel Reward card (RBS don’t do it) and that’s the one with the grey line: Collected thoughts on card design (Part 1) - #8971 by RA
