Could it be related to the clocks changing? I know many banks have to do work on their systems around the time.

I think it might be as the majority all seems to be around the 2am marker

I’ve been thinking from a while back if you choose bank X then bank X is a bad choice. Is this a sign that Revolut is about to go the way of Wirecard?

Mine was about 6am this morning (After clock change). Soon as I got it I sent a message to support. It says they’re extremely busy and it would be a couple of hours. Now been around 6 hours and not heard a thing.

Not surprised if god knows how many people have had reviews triggered. I escaped the trauma.

Had anyone used their card between/around the clock change times?

I used Revolut for a while even paid for their subscription account with the metal card. I then stopped using it when Monzo came on the scene with their premium offering. I deleted the app as I did not use the account.

I recently downloaded the app but cannot log in. I contacted support and they tell me that they have another telephone number on file so the verification text is going elsewhere but I’ve always had the same mobile number. Despite me verifying myself, they will not change the number to my actual number.

Support then told me to sign up again using my current mobile number but it still tells me that I already have an account with them and to login.

All sorted, account unlocked without me having to do anything more.
Still no response from support yet though

Now they delivered same offer, days ago :grin:

Which would possibly give revolut entry into the mortgage industry, as well as banking, credit cards and loans as standard on being granted a licence (if/when).

All remains to be seen what comes of it, if anything.

Can you refer under-eighteens to Revolut for referral rewards? Specifically, a seventeen year old?

No, because they need to be <18 accounts, which are handled by parents, but if you get their parents to sign up, or other parents if it’s your kid, they would be eligible.

Cool thanks, that answers my question, although 13 through to 17 they can create the account themselves from the <18 app and only need parent approval via a notification.

Quite like how they display overdraft in the app, so if/when revolut get their licence it adds more data to the main account screen.

Doesn’t show the same detail for Flex, but I don’t have a common credit card type supported by revolut to see if it does show the limit or not.
