Not quite, not too different from processes of sending money from bank to bank.

If you wish to be involved with money, it’s the right step to provide full transparency around it, and a traceable pathway to those committing fraud.

Bit like opening a bank account, you don’t get access to one if you’re not going to give your name, address, and ID.
