I got a notification to review my recent support chat. Not seen this before. I have screenshot the pages below. Good to see that chat support is being looked at. I was impressed with the speed of my response to a non urgent query which was less than 5 minutes on the first day after a bank holiday.

Was just about to create a topic for this. I recieved this for the first time today too - although it has been the first time I’ve contact support in a long time
