I paid for work that was never completed.

Can I claim using section 75?

I am owed just over £1000

Did you pay using Flex?

No just a normal monzo account.

Section 75 protection only applies when paying with a credit card not a debit card or bank transfer

You can raise a dispute, tap the transaction and scroll to the bottom.

edit: just seen bank transfer. Good luck with that.

You paid via Faster Payments? hmmm, going to be more difficult
