Agreed. As well as the situation @colin outlines, I was looking at my feed today and forgot I’d scrolled down a bit. When I glanced up at my balance, I was surprised that it was more than I was expecting. After a moment, I realised I was looking at the overlay for the balance a few days ago. I scrolled down and got my actual balance. But there’s great potential for confusion, especially when working through past expenses where your mind is occupied with other things, and at a glance you expect the balance to be where it’s always been. It is also a hassle to have to scroll up (and lose your place in the feed) to see what the actual account balance is.
