Im just wondering if it is in the works to bring the same budgeting tools from ios to android.

It is, Targets for Android are on the roadmap here.

it would be a huge shame to see such a vast difference between the devices grow wider

I’d hate to see that too but fortunately, the gap is closing & Monzo are aiming to get to feature parity for the two platforms -
