The ticket are only to let you skip the queue and take you to the top of it, you only need the app when you receive your prepay card from monzo

If you applied golden ticket (on same email as you started Monzo account creation), then it should be. Try clearing force closing and reopening app, if it doesnā€™t help, please email help@monzo.com, theyā€™ll give it appropriate push! :smiley:

New here, just heard about Monzo. I travel a lot for my business video/ social media start up and love the thinking behind Monzo. I am off to Europe again in 10 days, would love to take the card there, but I am way back in the queue.
