You’ll also need a valid US address. I still have a US SSN# but not a valid US address anymore , otherwise I’d try applying to see what happened. I should have tried when I was in LA in January - I might try this when I’m next in the US for a couple of weeks just out of curiosity.

Monzo already allow you to use an address such as a local church to simply send a card to for those who have no fixed abode so not sure if it is fraud. So long as it’s not a random person’s home address.

This would be providing misleading information for gain aka fraud, because they have a fixed address.
The two scenarios are different, one is with intent to mislead, the other a real life situation.
Probs need proof of address either way, in form of supporting document.

Had to have a us address to get some nfl gear sent to me and they incorporated the import fee and forwarded it on within a reasonable timeframe.
Only thing is i think it was a subscription service if i remember correctly to be sure to cancel after youre done getting use out of it
