For those that have been getting stuck on the ‘Success!’ screen. TrueLayer have just pushed an update to their connection flow.
You’ll now see some text that says If you are not redirected, *click here*. Tapping that link will make sure you’re taking back to Monzo and the connection process completes.
Let us know if this helps or if you run into issues still!
Having the same problem, Barclaycard works fine added at the start of the trial. I added Halifax yesterday- reconnected around 3/4pm today and have just gotten the reconnect to Halifax message again.
It’s out of labs now and should start rolling out in the app with the next app update. You should see the option to connect a card in the accounts page towards the bottom I think.
I have a John Lewis Partnership Card and a M&S Bank credit card, as these are operated by HSBC, do these fall under HSBC?
Also if not, when These banks support TrueLayer will they automatically appear in the Monzo app or is there additional work that Monzo must undertake in order for them to appear.
Hadn’t really looked into this feature but set up a card last night and it is surprisingly handy just to have that overview of finances. Good one Monzo. Just need MBNA support now
I added HSBC and Barclayscard. Works great. Thanks.
I don’t know why Barclaycard had disappeared again a few days ago thought.
Sadly we can see those cards only in the personal account. We only use our joint card. It makes the process less natural and less useful for us.
Wouldn’t it be possible to have all cards summarised here? Both Monzo included.
Added my first credit card today. Super simple and appears fine in the app.
The card is actually in my wife’s name but any debt will be split between us so it’s good for me to be able to keep an eye on it.
As my wife is not taking part in the new look trial she doesn’t yet have the option to add a credit card, I’m guessing there shouldn’t be any issue with the card being viewed in two Monzo accounts when the option finally shows up for her? - (as had been mentioned above…this will be a lot easier when the function comes to joint accounts!!)
