Less exciting (personally) but I guess it’s good to have 
- account closure flow!
It takes you through the whole process, feels like it’s about to let you close your own account but then takes you to COps I bet COps would be able to convince a lot of people to stay - I also doubt there are many people leaving 
(or at least I hope that’s the case )

When did this become a way of activating your new card 
The last time I did this (ages ago) you had to type the card number in

Nooo it can’t have been from launch as I didn’t have this when I signed up well over a year ago

Oooohh perhaps that. I never used Android pay until I got Monzo so I assume if you have it disabled it doesn’t show this option…

Edit: That’s it! With NFC disabled it asks you to enter the card number.
