Yes I’m having issues with Virginia credit cards too. The problem is that it gives the error and then can’t reconnect straight away, but it work wait for a while and retry. I guess there’s a limit of on how often you retry.

And again this morning. Assume it’s issues on the Virgin (are we allowed to say that now?) side as its not affecting any other connected accounts.
Haven’t been able to renew Virgin credit card since last weekend. Monzo said it was fixed but kept failing still, now they’ve said Virgin are still experiencing issues.
It’s annoying, you don’t realise how handy it is until it’s not working especially with bill splits etc
Yes I was sceptical about the value of connected accounts at first, wouldn’t want to be without it now.
The fact that you can now have one connected account free without upgrading to a paid tier is nice

Update on the iOS Starling linking issue from Reddit:
“So on iOS the tickboxes on the right are invisible, but they’re still there and functional. You just can’t see them! I tapped on that same area where the boxes would be to “deselect” the extra accounts and the account connected as expected.”
