Monzo Community Online Dark Theme Not Working : FIXED

Issue: Having cleared my cookies on my Chrome browser, I now cannot reactivate dark theme mode.

Details to reproduce: Clear cookies.
OS: MacOS Mojave
Device: MacBook Pro
App Version: 10.14.6

I clear my browser cookies on a regular basis, and have never had this issue before.

Used to just click on Dark Theme and it switches. This time, there is no reaction at all! :man_shrugging:

Same with Safari, and the Community app I used to have on this MacBook.

Footnote: Still works fine on my Android phone, so will be using that more atm as cannot stand all the white now I am used to the dark :sunglasses:

Right Click on the page and click inspect element > Then go to the refresh button, click and hold until a menu appears and click the bottom option, Empty Cache and Hard Refresh

If that doesn’t work
Inspect Element > Click Application on the top bar of the tray that appears > Click Storage on the left hand side and then scroll down and click Clear Site Data > Hard Refresh in the the way i stated before

Hope either of them work :slight_smile:

Failing that, try it in private and see if that works
