What happened to your previous post that said that exactly that above? That’s the second time unless I’m having déjà vu.
Nevermind I saw it was edited.

I’d said about a cult and shills, so he was obviously digging at me just didn’t have the balls to say it
I’d have flagged the newbie nutter if I’d been here at the time but thankfully he’s long gone.
I don’t know if you’re using the word shill right here though, no one is shilling crypto or Bitcoin here.
This thread is just about Monzo taking the decision to block payments to Binance.com
I don’t see how it’s a cult either but maybe because I’m in the cult.
Isn’t it more weird to be obsessed with calling it a cult and people shills? Rather than you know just letting it happen on the sidelines and being indifferent.
It’s definitely a cult. People who don’t think crypto is the best thing ever are suddenly the enemy, it can never be discussed reasonably, as this thread so perfectly demonstrates.
The problem is with people taking a civil discussion to mean argument with a quick shut it down mentality.
There’s degrees of how obsessed someone is with anything be that football or technology.
If everyone came to the same understanding and had the same agreement on everything then it’ll be pretty boring.
What isn’t helpful is just contributing insults to a discussion.
This has all got a bit circular and meta again.
For @AlanDoe to decide, but I suspect that if everyone carries on talking about the conversation and each other, rather than having the conversation, then this topic won’t be too long for this world.
I really wish we can stop doing this with interesting threads. There’s no need for this threat of shut it down unless it’s actually a positive move.
Not that one person has just got bored and doesn’t want to listen anymore. People can change their tracking back to normal if they feel it’s no longer useful to them.
There’s no harm in keeping any thread open imo.
@AlanDoe has mentioned privately that it is being fed back to Monzo so there might be an update.
Can this thread just be locked and kept that way it’s really dull.
In line with the current DeFi initiatives, The Count has a new erm… count
99% of the threads are dull but I don’t go into each one and post well I find this dull it should be closed.
Something that’s important to one person means absolutely nothing to someone else.
Im praying for the day we can have just one crypto thread kept alive without anti-crypto people coming into it to try and get it shutdown.
We can’t even keep a thread about butterflies open without people flagging everything they disagree with.
True, but the level of ridiculous is at its peak, and completely off topic at this stage.
