Yes that’s exactly what’s happened. I’ve paid it off now it’s zero and I’m closing monzo bank account down now. I did write to the CFO and CEO, going through. Complaints process right now with a senior member of the complaints team as I have a letter from the hospital. So I’ll post what my outcome is. Sometimes there’s hope with CEO or CFO.
