Here we go.
I wasnāt, my cards were also working well though transactions not yet hit the account.

I doubt. I have only ever been lucky once, with Curve.
That time in 2020 when that Germany company they were using collapsed. I had just had petrol authorisation at Sainsburyās. Filled tank and moved to London. They had charged that initial Ā£10, that also later dropped off my Amazon.
A full charge of the amount filled was never collected. That sweet Ā£59, I canāt forget it.
I only knew about the issue when I was in London and my Curve was being declined.
How is Lloyds hold time currently in excess of 20 mins. Itās 10am on a Thursday ![]()
Are you asking about your switch money?
No, this is about accounts being upgraded and making sure itās all right in the backend. Switch was Nationwide
, Iām waiting for a Club Lloyds switching offer.
Does the app tell you itās Club Lloyds? Or whatever account you want upgrading?
I upgraded all my accounts to Classic or equivalent, but then Iāve had digital letters saying that theyāre being upgraded in August. And this is like 2 weeks AFTER I already upgraded them. So I just want to double check they definitely have been upgraded in the backend and they havenāt somehow downgraded me back to the kiddie accounts (itās Lloyds so who knows with their tech
). Not a major issue, but Iād just like to know whatās happening.
Some of those letters are prepared in advance, could be the reason.
Use chat, they will check for you.
Chat in the app will confirm.
I think he likes to phone people

Iāve not come across any Gen Z-er so keen on jumping on the phone to someone. ![]()
Moved my salary back to Lloyds for the £2,026 potential, and the £50 potential.
I got curious and asked perplexity how many customers use everyday rewards, and while there isnāt a customer figure, they did payout Ā£20mil in cash back rewards through the programme last year, which tells me quite a few customers must use it.
Thereās also a Ā£5000 too
Isnāt the Ā£3/Ā£5 Club fee refund included in these numbers to make it look generous?
At the moment they include them in what you have earned.
I asked about what it included and solely mentioned cashback offers alone, not switch bonuses or anything else.
The Ā£5 club Lloyds fee has always been a thing so canāt imagine that is included but I will ask.
Edit:
The £20m is cashback earned on spending via Everyday Offers at selected retailers (e.g., supermarkets, travel, dining), paid when you activate offers and spend with your debit card
Was that for entire LBG or just Lloyds?
Pulled from the annual report so itāll be the group.
