Just started a new job and the company can not add my account on virgin money business

Just started a new job and the company can not add my monzo account detail to pay my salary in, it does not pick up the account information and saying account match not found

Sounds like you need to reach out to Monzo support.

The match not found makes me wonder if it’s a confirmation of payee thing

You don’t need to speak to support, Virgin need to update their list of sort-codes.

Because they’re replying by email, it is adding their email signature with their personal contact details onto the bottom of their comments.
